Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper July 2016 challenge

Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper July 2016 Challenge

A challenge that is always about using
Patterned Papers

I don't know about you, but I have enough patterned papers
to keep me going for a very long time -
so let's make sure we use plenty of them

You may enter any creation on which patterned paper/card has been used - you are no longer required to completely cover the creation with patterned paper, as long as you use some on your creation, obviously the more, the better.

You may enter as many times as you wish during the month and link with as many other challenges as allow you to do so.

As I have an abundance of patterned paper - 12 x 12, 8 x 8, 6 x 6, A4 - I'm giving a prize each month to the randomly chosen winner. I'm willing to post anywhere in the world, so that means that anyone can enter regardless of where you live.

This is the prize for this month's challenge:

Love to craft A Beautiful Life 6" x 6" paper pad by Trimcraft
8 designs - 24 sheets - 120 gsm

Plus a bonus this month:
Co-ordinating wooden frames and accordion stickers

I used papers and elements from this range for my own design

Please scroll down or click here to see the winner of Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper
June challenge.

It's worth checking because it might be you!

I hope you will join in again for this new challenge and that the news will spread even further so that others come and join us too.

July 2016 challenge

If your cards happen to fit the theme for the week on my CHNC challenge blog, please feel free to add there as well and also for my CHNC challenge extra blog, which is always 'anything goes as long as it's Christmas'.

Remember that for this Patterned Paper challenge designs can be for any occasion

Before I show you the lovely designs of the team, I am sad to say that Donna, Pauline and Sandi are not able to stay for a new six months commitment - thank you so much for your inspirational crafting you have shared with us here and I hope you will be able to pop in now and again with some entries to our challenges.

I'm glad to say that Helen, who was our guest for May and June, has agreed to join our DT permanently for the next six months.

As a result of the DT call, I'd like to introduce you to the two new members of our team. Before doing that, I'd like to thank all those who responded to the call - I'm sorry that we couldn't take you all on to the team.

So here are our two members:

I'm Kath and live in Exmouth, Devon. I've always enjoyed crafting and started knitting and sewing clothes for my dolls when I was young. Since then I've also done crewel and cross stitch embroidery, woodwork, flower arranging, cake decorating and sugarcraft, and tried a few other things along the way! A few years ago my OH gave me a voucher for a local craft shop so I could attend a cardmaking workshop - he often says it was the most expensive present he's every bought me! I love making cards for family and friends as well as entering card making challenges.

I'm a craftaholic living in the UK. My addiction to craft started at an early age, there are no signs of a cure so I attend regular shows, workshops and group meetings to spend time with like minded people. There are so many things you can do with paper and card that I see no signs of this addiction fading. I'm thrilled that Hazel has asked me to share some of my crafting with you, I look forward to seeing your creations.
